Simplifying the Transition
Senior Gift Foundation was created by experienced and passionate senior advocates. Our mission is to help families who are faced with out-of-pocket cash support for their loved one’s assisted care needs. We offer several options to ease the overall financial responsibilities of the family. We assess which option(s) are best suited for your needs. We also provide the services of a skilled Veteran Service Officer (VSO) to assist with VA requests.
Our process is simple. Follow the steps provided below:
1 Request your complementary no obligation consult, being sure to include your specific situation and needs.
2 One of our specialists will contact you. At that time, we will schedule an in-depth assessment, and ensure we fully understand your family’s needs. We will also request applicable documents be provided.
3 We will contact you with our decision for grant support, and present other viable funding options. Your award letter will list level of support with specific services authorized.

We are a diverse group of health care professionals with more than 30 years of collective experience. During the course of our careers, we have often encountered seniors who do not have the means nor resources for good healthcare and end-of-life care. We came together because we believe now, more than ever, there are too many seniors that need help.
